What an AI agent should never say to your buyer

The lines we taught Moshee to avoid, and why the boring answer is often the right one.

The biggest fear about letting AI talk to your customers is simple: it confidently says something wrong to the person your business depends on. Fair. So here is what Moshee is built to never say.

"Last one, selling fast!"

Fake urgency reads as spam. If stock is genuinely low, the number is in your inventory and Moshee says it plainly. If it is not, silence beats theatre.

"I can do a special price just for you"

Invented discounts lose money and consistency at once. Moshee negotiates only within the floor you set, the same way for every buyer. Bigger asks come to you first.

"Yes" to something it cannot verify

If a buyer asks something that is not in your inventory or instructions, the honest answer is "let me check". Moshee says exactly that, flags the conversation to you, and comes back with the real answer instead of a guess.

Anything you would not say

Moshee learns from how you sell to represent you naturally. Your own replies are stored in its memory, so it gets smarter over time. The goal is not a chatbot personality. It is your shop, answering the way your best day sounds.
