Fair Use Policy

Unlimited use to help you grow your business, and the few things that aren’t covered.

This policy explains what "unlimited" means on Moshee plans, and the small set of behaviours it does not cover. It exists to keep the service fast and fair for every business, not to catch you out. It applies to all plans and forms part of our Terms of Service.

What is unlimited

For normal use by one business, the following have no caps and no metering:

  • Teaching Moshee about your business: instructions, knowledge files, and updates to them.
  • Inventory syncing: catalogue links, price lists, and stock files, re-read as often as they change.
  • Your customer list: every conversation organised, labelled, and kept current.
  • Team members: invite as many admins and salesmen as your business needs.
  • Asking Moshee anything about your own business and customers.

What "normal use" means

Normal use is one account serving one business, at the pace a real business operates. We do not measure it against a hidden quota. As a guide, an account is within normal use when its activity looks like people running a business, not like a machine running a script.

What is not fair use

  • One account, many businesses: reselling, sub-licensing, or operating multiple distinct businesses through a single account. Each business needs its own account.
  • Automated abuse: scripts, bots, or loops that generate artificial traffic, bulk-create data, or hammer syncing beyond what any human workflow would produce.
  • Spam: using campaigns to message people who never interacted with your business, or ignoring opt-outs. Moshee blocks this by design, and attempting to work around those protections is a policy breach.
  • Resale of capacity: offering Moshee’s replies, credits, or contacts to third parties as a service.

What happens if an account crosses the line

In the rare case an account’s usage looks like abuse, we follow the same steps every time:

  • We contact you first. Most cases are honest misunderstandings, and a conversation fixes them.
  • We may ask you to adjust, for example splitting two businesses into two accounts.
  • Only if abuse continues do we throttle the abusive behaviour or, as a last resort, suspend the account.
One thing is never touched: Moshee’s replies to your customers. Whatever else is being reviewed, your buyers keep getting answered.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Moshee grows. Material changes are announced by email to account owners before they take effect. Questions about anything here: [email protected].
