Add your sources: links, files, and Google Drive

Sources are the links and files Moshee answers from. Go to Agent, then Sources, and tap Add a source.

Add a link

When you connect Carousell, your listings are added as a source for you. For anything else, tap Add a URL and paste a link to your website or any catalogue page. Moshee reads it, then checks it again about every hour while Keep it up to date is on, so new listings and price changes come through without you doing anything.

Upload a file, or connect Google Drive

Upload any file up to 50 MB, such as a price list, spec sheet, or brochure. An uploaded file is read once, so upload it again when it changes. If you keep your price list in Google Sheets or Docs, connect it from Google Drive instead (on the web app). Moshee re-reads Drive files about every hour, so you can keep editing the same sheet. You can also type or paste details with Add text content.

Settings for each source

When you add a source, you choose whether it is mainly prices or business info, and what Moshee may send to customers from it. Open a source later to change its switches: Keep it up to date, Accept changes automatically, and Answer customers from it. With Accept changes automatically off, changes wait in Review until you accept them. Tap Sync to read a source again straight away.

Price list and Business info

Sources are not copied into your Price list or Business info. Those are two lists in Agent that you edit line by line: Price list holds items, prices, and descriptions, and Business info holds facts such as opening hours, payment methods, and licences. Put anything Moshee must get exactly right there.
