Confirmations, check-first, and rescheduling

When a buyer is ready to meet, Moshee offers concrete slots inside your operating hours and locks one in.

Can I come see the Vios this weekend?
Sure! Saturday 11:00 AM or 2:30 PM works at our Ubi showroom. Which suits you?

Moshee leads the chat to a concrete time.

Auto-confirm vs check-first

When a buyer agrees to a time, Moshee makes one of two calls, based on the instructions you have given it in the Agent brain.

  • Auto-confirm: the slot is clearly inside your hours and nothing else is booked there. Moshee confirms on the spot and the appointment lands on your schedule.
  • Check-first: anything Moshee is less sure about, a tight gap, a day you often block, a clash with an unconfirmed slot. The appointment waits for you or your salesman to accept, and the buyer is told the time is being confirmed.

Confirmed! See you Saturday 2 PM. I'll send a reminder the day before.
Clearly free slots confirm on the spot; anything uncertain waits for your OK.

The behaviour follows your instructions: tell Moshee in the Agent brain to confirm freely, to always check with you first, or anything in between.

Rescheduling and no-shows

When a buyer asks to move a time, Moshee treats it like a fresh booking: it re-offers slots around your availability and updates the appointment once agreed. You see the change, not the back-and-forth.

If a buyer goes quiet before a confirmed appointment, Moshee nudges them to reconfirm, and flags likely no-shows so the slot can be offered to someone else.
