Running a campaign
Campaigns bring past customers back. Open Campaigns and tap New campaign, then describe who you want to reach and why. Quick starts such as Quiet 3+ days and Asked about price fill in a description for you, and Ideas from Moshee suggests campaigns to run. On the mobile app, open Campaigns from the menu, or ask Moshee for a campaign from Home.
How Moshee picks an audience
Moshee builds the audience by reading your chats, so you can describe people by what they said: "everyone who asked about sofas", "buyers from the CNY sale", "quiet for a month but active before that". It drafts the 10 most recently active people first; ask it to add more. You see every name, and can untick anyone, before anything sends.
Each person gets their own message
Moshee writes each message from that person’s chat: the model they asked about, what they bought, how the last conversation ended. A buyer who asked about a specific phone gets "the S24 Ultra you asked about just dropped in price", not "Dear customer, big sale now on". You can read and edit every message before you tap Send. The cost in credits shows under the Send button.
Which channels campaigns use
Campaigns are sent on Carousell, into each buyer's existing chat. WhatsApp contacts cannot be included in campaigns yet, and show as unsupported when you pick an audience.
After it sends
Replies arrive in the buyer's existing chat in your inbox, and Moshee handles them like any other conversation. Each campaign shows its audience and how many messages were sent and replied to, and each run lists which messages failed or were skipped.
