Connect your Carousell chats

Connect your Carousell account and your listing enquiries flow into the same Moshee inbox as everything else, with the listing the buyer asked about attached to the conversation.

• Open Settings, then Channels, and choose Carousell.
• Sign in with your Carousell account to authorise Moshee.
• Moshee reads your past conversations and organises them into a labelled customer list, so you can start re-engaging people who already talked to you.
• From then on, new enquiries appear in your inbox with the listing context already loaded.
