Writing instructions Moshee follows

4 min read · Updated July 2026

Instructions live in the Agent brain, where you can also upload knowledge files. Write them as plain text, the way you would brief a new salesperson.

  • "One year warranty on new sets, three months on used."
  • "Free delivery above S$500, otherwise S$12 islandwide."
  • "No viewings during lunch, 1 to 2 PM."
  • "Never commit to a trade-in price before we see the phone."

Moshee shows you the rules it picked up so you can check its reading. If two instructions conflict, Moshee asks you which one wins instead of picking silently.

Trade-in and warranty termsText

Dump your terms in as text, and Moshee shows the rules it picked up.

Example: setting your discount floor

Tell Moshee how much negotiating room it has, in one line: "You can go up to S$50 off. Anything more, check with me."

Within the floor, Moshee negotiates like you would, using the room to close rather than opening with it. When a buyer pushes past the floor, Moshee holds the line politely and brings the conversation to you with the context summarised, so you decide the exception.

Start tight. Widening the floor later is easy; walking back a discount culture is not.
