How Moshee learns from your replies

When you take over a chat and answer a buyer yourself, Moshee reads what you said and picks out facts it could reuse, such as a price, a policy, or an answer to a common question. It does not start using them straight away. They wait in Agent, then Review, until you confirm them.

What you will find in Review

• Moshee learnt this from your replies. Facts picked up from chats you handled. Confirm to let Moshee use one, or Dismiss it.
• Customers asked, Moshee could not answer. Questions with nothing on file to answer from. Add the answer and Moshee can use it next time.
• Your sources changed. Updates found in a source with Accept changes automatically switched off.

If something Moshee learnt contradicts a fact you already have, Review shows both side by side, What Moshee holds now and What Moshee proposes, so you can accept or dismiss the change.
