Your inbox, and taking over a chat

WhatsApp and Carousell chats share one inbox. Each chat shows which channel it came from, and your reply goes back out on that same channel.

Chats are sorted by their most recent message. Search finds words inside messages, not just names. Under Filter you can narrow the list by channel, by status (Needs you or Unread), and, if you are an admin, by who the chat is assigned to.

Chats that need you

When Moshee hands a chat over, for example a discount request or a question it cannot answer, the chat shows a card saying the customer's question needs your attention, with a summary of the conversation so far. These chats appear under Needs you, and the number on Inbox counts them.

Taking over a chat

Tap the Moshee icon at the top of any chat (Enable Handoff) and confirm to take it over. Moshee stops replying in that chat until you hand it back. Typing a reply yourself does the same thing automatically, so Moshee never talks over you.
