Set operating hours and blocked days

Availability is an instruction like any other. Tell Moshee your hours the way you would tell a colleague: "Open Mon to Sat, 10:30 to 7. No viewings during lunch. Closed this Wednesday for stocktake."

Moshee shows you what it picked up, and from then on every slot it offers a buyer works around those hours, plus whatever is already booked.
