Who campaigns leave out

When Moshee drafts a campaign, it leaves these people out:
- Archived chats and test chats.
- WhatsApp contacts, until WhatsApp campaigns are supported.
- Anyone a campaign reached in the last 30 days.
- Customers with an unresolved complaint.
Nothing goes out until you tap Run, and Moshee shows you how many customers the campaign will reach first.
