Set up Moshee

Setup has two parts: creating your account, then a short chat where Moshee learns your business. Most people finish both in one sitting.

• Create your account. Sign up at moshee.ai in a browser (the mobile app is for logging in). If you sell on Carousell, choose Continue with Carousell. This is the quickest way to start: it creates your account and connects your Carousell chats in one step. Otherwise, enter your name, business name, and email, then type the code we email you and set a password.
• Chat with Moshee. On the Home screen, Moshee asks what you want it to handle, where your products are listed, and a few questions about how you work. It then shows you sample replies so you can tell it what to change.
• Connect a channel. Near the end, Moshee offers Connect WhatsApp and Connect Carousell buttons. One channel is enough to start. If you signed up with Carousell, this step is skipped.

Everything you tell Moshee in that chat ends up under Agent in the sidebar, where you can change it at any time: prices in Price list, facts like opening hours and payment methods in Business info, your rules in Guidance, and any links you shared in Sources.
