What Moshee does and does not do on its own

Moshee is designed so that you are never surprised by something it sent.

On its own, Moshee will

• Reply to buyers with answers drawn from your inventory and instructions.
• Propose viewing or collection times inside your operating hours.
• Confirm an appointment when your availability clearly allows it.
• Keep your customer list organised from every conversation.

Moshee will not

• Offer a discount below the floor you set. Bigger asks come to you first.
• Confirm a booking it is unsure about. Those wait for your accept.
• Invent stock, prices, or promises that are not in your sources.
• Message anyone who has opted out of hearing from you.
